Product Designer

We’re looking for a designer who thrives on turning ideas into things you can touch, test, and improve fast. As Product Designer at Workhenge, you’ll own the look, feel, and function of our office pods—balancing brand, ergonomics, and raw practicality.

You’ll work side-by-side with engineers in the shop and feedback from real customers, iterating through sketches and prototypes that go straight onto the floor. If you geek out on distilling requirements, solving for constraints, and seeing your work come to life, you’ll fit right in.

What you’ll do:

• Design pod exteriors, interiors, and accessories for focus and privacy

• Draft specs and prototypes for manufacturing and assembly

• Gather insights from showroom visits and client installs

• Collaborate across product, engineering, and operations to improve each release

• Keep function and clarity at the center of every design call
