🔄 30-Day Return & Exchange Policy

We offer a 30-day return and exchange window, starting from the date of delivery, for items confirmed to be defective or damaged.

✅ Eligibility:

  • Product must be unused, in original packaging, with tags intact

  • A valid proof of purchase must be provided

  • Photo or video evidence of the issue is required for review

🔁 Resolution Steps:

  • First response:We stand by our products. If an issue arises, we will first attempt to resolve it by sending replacement parts. If the issue remains unresolved, we will offer a full exchange or refund. ReframeSpace covers all return and replacement shipping costs for valid claims. (Please note: Returns due to buyer's remorse are not eligible for a refund).

🚫 Non-Defective Returns

Discretionary returns (items without defects or damage) are subject to review and approval on a case-by-case basis. Please note that all approved standard returns will incur a 15% restocking fee, and the buyer assumes full responsibility for all return shipping costs.
